Park’s kitchen strives to use local, sustainable & organic products wherever possible. We are also committed to “recycling” our kitchen scraps to Tom Spicer (one of our local produce purveyors) for him to compost for his urban farm. In addition to our rooftop container herb garden we are working with the Texas Honeybee Guild to sustain a population of honeybees on our roof with the ultimate goal of producing our own honey! Whether we are lowering our carbon footprint with our in-house bottled water or composting your leftovers, Park is committed to trying to do the right thing.
